Capture Voice

Ability

While holding the chalice, you can use an action to capture the voice of anyone you can hear within 60 feet of yourself. The target must make a Willpower or have its voice captured.

While captured, the target’s voice becomes unrecognizable as its own. This effect remains until its voice is released or it places at least one hand on the chalice.

The cup twists and screams, its surface humming faintly as it drinks in the timbre of spoken words. Echoes of captured voices swirl within its crystal core, distorting into whispers that mimic pitch and breath. When invoked, it replays the stolen cadence, lips moving without sound.
