Location
Term

Locations are containers (think baskets, buckets, or groups) that hold multiple Encounters.

For example, a dungeon is a Location that contains many individual dungeon room Encounters.

Locations can have maps tied to them, which help the Game Master navigate and run the Encounters inside that Location.

Locations can also contain other Locations (nesting, or parent and child relationship). For instance, a town (Location) might contain a bar (another Location), which in turn holds multiple room Encounters.
