On a failure, reduce the targets Soul by 2 permanently and take 4d8 Psychic damage.

The reduction of the targets Soul can only be removed by Restoration, Major, Major Heal, or Wish Fulfillment.

Your beak clamps to their brow; blunt teeth grind as a slick tongue threads into their open mouth. Rainbow light leaks from their eyes, then gutters out. If they resist, the colors whip back into you—skull-splitting pressure and burning static.
